freestanding shower good breakfast decent size
the room had a freestanding shower. good breakfast was served. the room was also a decent size, i noted.
The floors creaked quite a bit. But it was manageable.

decent stay with some noise issues

friendly staff clean room comfortable bed loud music inconsistent schedule warm room
the staff were very friendly and helpful i appreciated their assistance with directions the room was clean it included biscuits on arrival it was a nice touch the bed was comfortable i found tea and coffee facilities available.
the music from the pub downstairs was quite loud it was difficult to sleep without earplugs the breakfast schedule was not consistent with what was advertised the room was too warm i couldn't open the windows for ventilation.

mixed feelings about this stay

hot shower loose toilet seat
the shower was dangerously hot it was hard to adjust the temperature. the tv did not work and that was annoying. the toilet seat was loose i almost fell off. staff did not seem to care much about the issues after i told them

The location was very convenient for an event. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room to be comfortable. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities available in the room.

Fantastic Stay, Will Return!

cute staff stylish decor delicious food
Staff members were cute and helpful to me I really appreciated their assistance. I found the pub decor stylish and my room good I only wish there was a mini fridge available. The food was delicious. It was just a quick walk to the arena!

This spot has a super location near the Science Museum and about ten minutes to the conference center This really made getting around simple. I definitely felt safe in the area with good lighting and pedestrian access.

Breakfast was so good and set me up for the day I really liked the selection and quality. The pub served lovely grub at fair prices making it an easy option for meals. The Sunday roast looked and smelled gorgeous.

The room had tea and coffee facilities, which I appreciated very much I also liked that there were plenty of charging ports and drawers available. A separate wardrobe made hanging clothes very convenient and the large tv was fantastic for entertainment.

helpful staff modern tv streaming option
The staff helped me with my luggage and explained everything clearly. My room was a Double Room Private Bathroom. I found the TV easy to use and appreciated the option to log into my streaming services (I watched a movie before bed).
The hallway noise was slightly noticeable in the mornings.
